Project Description (Use this space to further elaborate on the project)
The ANH Neighbourhood House Toolkit is a hands-on, "how-to" manual for people in the community who are interested in developing and sustaining a Neighbourhood House. Our aim is to provide assistance to newly emerging Neighbourhood Houses as well as offering information on sustaining practices for existing Neighbourhood Houses.
This project would involve creating a communications and marketing plan for disseminating the toolkit. We would be looking for someone to research our target market and find some creative solutions or ways in which we can reach this market. Input into ideas for website design and a supplementary manual design would be an objective of the project.
How do you plan to use the results of this project?
This project will result in a toolkit used to assist newly emerging Neighbourhood Houses in getting started. The comprehensive strategy for the toolkit will involve a website and adjoining manual. With the development of a strong toolkit this will ultimately be used as a marketing tool for the Association of Neighbourhood Houses (ANH) as a whole and will assist in branding the organization and creating greater visibility.
What larger goal is served by undertaking this project?
This project will provide tangible skills and information for those struggling to start Neighbourhood Houses in their communities.
