Dogwood Initiative is seeking inspirational examples of how communities (First Nations, labour and/or environmentalists) are working together to take back control of BC’s majestic forests and breath-taking natural areas. BC Heros program is designed to recognize the tremendous achievements of BC’s grassroots heroes and inspire people to do great things to protect the health of their communities, land, and future.
The project would ideally focus on individual activist working on coastal environmental issues or oil and gas development within BC and Alberta.
